A very busy and exciting Day 1 of the Ontario Men's AAA Baseball Tournament is in the books here in Windsor and the surrounding area. The opening day had eveyrthing with some famiiar faces going 2 - 0 while there were a few surprises and some back and forth battles between some great baseball teams.

 

A few teams almost played spolier as the Oakville A's gave the Windsor Stars everything they could handle in their opening game while the Milton Red Sox took the Sarnia Brigade to extra innings at Soulliere Field before dropping a close one as well.

 

After the dust settled, the Sarnia Brigade, Tecumseh Thunder, Etobicoke Rangers and Leaside Leafs all finished Day 1 undefeated at 2 - 0. The Ajax Spartans also went undefeated at 1 - 0 after getting a by through the 2nd round.
